Return and Exchange Policy
We aim to provide our customers with an easy and convenient shopping experience, 
and we hope you enjoy all that our site offers. Reefi guarantees complete satisfaction 
with its products, and in case of customer dissatisfaction, they have the right to request 
a return or exchange.
 
Return and Exchange Conditions:
1. Customers have the right to request a return or exchange of our products within 
a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt, except for the Serena brand to 
ensure the safety of your children.
2. The product must be in the same condition as received and in its original 
packaging.
3. Products cannot be returned or exchanged after the external packaging has 
been opened.
4. The replacement product will be sent after we receive the exchanged product 
from the shipping company.
5. A fee of 25 SAR applies within Riyadh and 35 SAR outside Riyadh.
6. If delivery was free due to the customer"s order exceeding the free delivery limit 
and the total order amount falls below the limit after adjustment, the customer 
must pay the delivery fee.
7. Online orders cannot be exchanged or returned at Reefi branches.
8. In-store purchases cannot be exchanged or returned through the online store.

We will send you a shipping label. You will then hand the product to the shipping 
company. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days after 
verifying the product"s condition.
Exchange Process:

Modification Policy:
If there is an error in fulfilling the customer"s order, the customer has the right to 
request a modification of the product within a maximum period of 7 days from the date 
of receipt. The customer can modify or cancel the order if the order status is "New." If 
the order status is "Ready" or "In Delivery," it cannot be modified or canceled, but the 
customer can exchange or return the product according to the return and exchange 
conditions.
Failure to Receive the Order:
Reefi ensures the delivery of products to you. However, if the customer wishes 
not to receive the order or does not respond to the shipping companies, they will bear 
the return cost of 25 SAR within Riyadh and 35 SAR outside Riyadh.
Return and Exchange Process for Reefi Branches:
1- Customers have the right to return and exchange products within a maximum of 7 
days from the date of purchase. Discounted products are an exception, with a return 
period of 1 day and an exchange period of 3 days only.
2- Products cannot be returned or exchanged after the external packaging has been 
opened.
3- Returns and exchanges can be made at any of our branches.
4- The original receipt must be presented to process the return or exchange.
