Value-Added Tax (VAT):
The prices include the applicable VAT on the day of your order. Any change in the VAT
rate will be automatically reflected in the prices of the products sold by Reefi through

Discount Vouchers:
- Discount vouchers have a specified validity period. Once the period expires, the
voucher cannot be used or reactivated.
- Each voucher has a minimum order requirement for it to be activated.
- Discount vouchers cannot be applied to promotional bundles.
Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy:
At Reefi, our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. For your safety,
products that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event of a
technical error on the site, Reefi reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the
full amount paid back to the customer"s account.
Manufacturing Defects:
Reefi guarantees all its products against any defects or damage resulting from
manufacturing. In case of such damage, the customer has the right to return the
product within 7 days of receipt. La Belle devices are subject to the warranty policy
approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is two years from the date of purchase.
• The warranty covers only the internal structure and does not include the external
structure of the product.
• The warranty period starts from the date the product is ordered in the initial
order.
Refunds:
• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days, excluding official holidays
and weekends, and will be transferred to the customer"s bank account, not in
cash.
• The customer will bear the delivery fees for orders that were shipped but not
received.
• The customer will bear the delivery fees for orders canceled by them if the order
has already been shipped.
Promotional Bundles (Product + Discounted Product):
If the customer wishes to return products from a promotional bundle, they must return
the entire bundle or only the discounted product.
Offers:
• Customers can benefit from "Buy One, Get One Free" offers according to the
selected product categories.
• Customers can benefit from set offers and the available discounts.
• The customer cannot return the free product for a cash refund.
• The customer can exchange the second free product according to the exchange
policy conditions.
• The customer can apply any free shipping discount codes.
